As is suggested by the name of our restaurant, you can order any of the fresh fish which are stored in ice rubble right in the middle of our restaurant. Since this is a "market", only fish caught by fisherman today are available. Therefore it is possible that you will not be able to order all of types of fish listed on our menu. With regard to the method of cooking the fish you choose, we offer you an opportunity to actively co-operate during the order so that we can make your favourite fish the way you like it best.
