The first Czech Miss Christová visited us

in our restaurant during her Christmas walk in Prague.
First, she enjoyed roasted prawns and then talked with our chef
Pavel Mareš about preparation of Christmas Eve carp.

We took part in Culinary Olympics IKA 2004
october 2004
For the third time Martin Slezák and Pavel Mareš came back from
Culinary Olympics which takes part in Erfurt in Germany once every 4 year.
They represented Czech Republic in the national senior team
and brought back two silver and one bronze medal.
Good result!
